The Kneeling Face to Face Position

A fun variation of the standard missionary position, the Kneeling Face to Face Position works best if the man is the non-COPD partner as he will be doing most of the work. The woman lies on her back comfortably propped up against a stack of pillows, so she is practically sitting up. The man enters from the front on bended knee. This position also works well when using oxygen.
