To the lady who can’t walk 10 ft: when I started pulm rehab, I could only exercise about 3 minutes & thought they were going to kill me. 9 mos later, I’m exercising 6 hours per week. Tmill, recumb bike, arm bike, ankle wts for leg lifts & other wt exercises, 84 stairsteps with wts. If you are motivated, it can happen!
