Recently, I got an email from a woman who asked me how the heck she was supposed to exercise when she could barely walk 10 feet without becoming short of breath. To the lady who can’t walk 10 ft: when I started pulm rehab, I could only exercise about 3 minutes & thought they were going to kill me. 9 mos later, I’m exercising 6 hours per week. Tmill, recumb bike, arm bike, ankle wts for leg lifts & other wt exercises, 84 stairsteps with wts. If you are motivated, it can happen!
