Some very good tips, particularly the one about clearing airways before starting meal. Thanks Debbie.
Regards Dorothy
You are so welcome, Dorothy. Glad you found them helpful.
Thank you so much for this article, particularly about clearing your lungs…I have copd and am on oxygen at night and need during excercise….have not been told about clearing lungs, and mucous, but noticed this seems to be a problem at times, particularly after shower…so many things you said are true and have experienced, just didn’t know it was all because of my copd, just thought it was me. Have done alot of things that you mentioned in the article, and found they work for me too.
I am going to study your mucous releasing ideas and discuss them with my doctor on my next appt. Thanks again!
Great news, NB. Glad to be of service.
