Just to let everyone know, I started this eating plan for my own health benefits about 3 weeks ago. I eat only organic foods now from Trader Joes and the difference in my energy level in just 3 weeks is amazing. I eat tons of fruits and vegies, organic chicken (only a little), nuts, seeds, legumes, brown rice, no flour, it is awesome. Just try it and you will see the difference.
