COPD: Happy Virtual 4th of July From Your COPD Guide!
When my grandmother was alive, the 4th of July was one of my favorite holidays. As we sat on the front lawn eating savory barbecue and home-made potato salad, we could hardly wait for darkness to settle in so we could watch the annual fireworks show that was put on by the high school across the street. There we would sit, lighting our sparklers, opening our See's Candy firecrackers, and just enjoying being together as a family. Boy, I can almost see those fireworks dancing in the sky as we speak. Can't you?
Why, you may ask, am I telling you all of this? Well, if you suffer from COPD, among other COPD symptoms, you probably have poor activity tolerance. As a result, you may not be able to muster up the energy to go outside this year to watch the fireworks. So, as your COPD guide I thought I would try and brighten your day by bringing the fireworks to you! Click here to enjoy the show.

I was so surprised by the sound FX. My dog was too and started barking and running around. Thanks for the preview!
Happy 4th everyone!
